# Equations 1.2.2 for Coq 8.11 and Coq 8.12

It is my pleasure to announce the release of Equations 1.2.2 for Coq 8.11 and Coq 8.12. Equations 1.2.2 is a bugfix release of the 1.2 version solving a number of issues detailed in the [release notes](https://github.com/mattam82/Coq-Equations/releases/tag/v1.2.2-8.12), notably on the dependent elimination and induction tactics. It is compatible with Coq 8.12 beta1 (package `coq-equations.1.2.2+8.12` in the coq-opam `core-dev` repository).
