Permanent researcher position at Mines Paris - PSL

The Computer Science research center at Mines Paris - PSL is hiring a permanent researcher in the domain of compilation, HPC, code efficiency, or formal verification.

The job offer is written in French, but anybody (with a PhD degree) can apply.

Mines Paris is one of the many French engineering institutes, among the oldest ones. Its research puts a particular emphasis on intertwining theory and practice, particularly with industrial partners. Working with our partners will be one of the duties of the researcher. Teaching is mostly in French, but these duties will be very lightweight during at least the first few years.

There is no explicit deadline to apply. It is however better if we receive applications before June 5 AoE. There is no mention of the required documents in the job offer. This may be corrected in the upcoming days, and to be short: there is no official list of documents and even incomplete applications will be considered, but everything that is required for a researcher/assistant professor/lecturer position will be useful for us to evaluate applications. This includes, but is not limited to: a resume, a copy of the PhD degree, the PhD reports, a research programme and a teaching programme, along with recommendation letters/persons of reference to be contacted by ourselves.

We are reasonably available to provide more details and will be happy to do so. Do not hesitate to contact the mail address at the bottom of the offer, or ourselves, and to forward this announcement.

Best regards,

Olivier Hermant
